Of course not Bruce. When the placings are bad it is the pilots fault and when they are good, the aeroplane did it. Quite simple and interchangeable with any sport really. :-)
If you are going to look at the handicaps again, I take it you will be wanting to handicap the 'kinky wings' down to a 'straight wing' level?
