Similarly, I am impressed with Telstra. About 4 years ago I closed a
phone account at one of our remote worksites. Since then, every month
without fail, they send me an account stating that I am $7.77 in credit.
I treat this as one of lifes simple pleasures - sort of like being on
final glide with 1000' to spare. I will never leave Telstra, because
they are so much fun to deal with. Apart from gliding they are my main
hobby - just doing what ever I can to piss them off.

Notice how I cunningly weaved a reference to gliding into that??
