Your best line of negotiation is through your State Association,
RAPAC, and if all else fails contact
the Brisbane ATC centre direct, if you need a contact there I know I
can get you the right name.
The Qld (Bunya Mtns) agreement has lapsed. There are moves afoot to
renegotiate that as there is now (at least at DDSC) revived interest in
the Bunya wave. We recently had one of our pilots top out at over 15,000ft.
