I have been using mine for about 3 years with no issues.

My EW is the biggest piece of dud I have ever had. Its been back 2 times to the
manufacturer to be fixed and it still doesn't work! Wasted $1200 on it. It now
sits in the junk pile.
Not real happy about that. 2 out of the 3 we purchased don't work.

Interesting, but not the experience I have had and sen here in Qld. We have
about half a dozen (perhaps more) in use at DDSC and the only trouble I am
aware of was with mine. I dropped mine and Murphy's Law applied as it landed on
the aerial connector and had to go back to the UK to be fixed.

It has since been very reliable indeed.
