Robert, I am surprised! If you are interested in Cadet instructing then please look into it again. I fly on the week camps at Warwick when I can but living in Sydney makes the weekends impossible for me. Macca is doing a great job! [and although buggered at the end of the day I am sure still loves it!] Regards, Tom [one of those unfriendly comp pilots but also a Cadet instructor]

Unfortunately others to help are thin on the ground. I am too old for all this - gone are the days of me doing 80+ aerotows. a day! I just wish others would help the cause. Ian Hmm About 8 years ago when I requalified for my instructor rating (which I had initially gained through the air cadets in the UK), I tried to put something back into the Australian movement by volunteering. I had one conversation with the then local person in charge of Air Cadet gliding and was fairly brusquely told to go away. If my experience was the norm, I am unsurprised that you are alone Ian. -- Robert Hart [email protected] +61 (0)438 385 533 http://www.hart.wattle.id.au -----Inline Attachment Follows----- _______________________________________________ Aus-soaring mailing list [email protected] To check or change subscription details, visit: http://lists.internode.on.net/mailman/listinfo/aus-soaring
