Better would be if you identified the points that need checking and you made yourself a post rigging checklist for your particular glider. Then equip yourself with any requisite lights/mirrors or what ever to do it properly. When you are finished, step back and mentally or with the help of the list go through it again and if you can't definitely remember a step, check it again. You'll feel better about taking off and if you aren't prepared to take responsibility for your own neck, why should anyone else put themselves out or at legal risk just so you feel better?
