(It was based on the readdir() page saying "after the most recent call to opendir() or rewinddir()".) Perhaps this should be clarified by changing it to:<blockquote>If a sequence of calls to <i>posix_getdents</i>() is made that reads from offset 0 to end-of-file, ...</blockquote> Thanks for catching the extraneous parentheses after <i>fildes</i> - I have removed them from https://austingroupbugs.net/view.php?id=697#c4947.
