Reading your message, it is unclear whether you are requesting an update to the 
IANA registry (only) or the registry and the RFC.

Looking at the registry now, we see that it was updated to refer to RFC 9880 
and links to Section 6.1 
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc9980#section-6.1.

We recommend not making changes as this time if the section references are 
correct, as the goal is for the registry and RFC to match where possible.  

Note that updates to the RFC can only be made via verified errata.
