Hi Daniel,

IANA will update references to point to the RFC within one week of when we 
receive notification of RFC publication (this one that was just replied). 
They've been updated to RFC 9980 (as of Friday last week).

With regard to pointing to section 6 instead of section 6.1, could you file an 
errata against the RFC? We currently have the references as they are listed in 
the IANA Considerations section. We'll update the reference once we've received 
notification that the errata has been verified (please notify us as well if you 
can to make it easier).
