Basically, if you need more roles or permissions on any project, you ask
the project lead(s), and they grant them. For the Doc project, that
would be Clayton or Jean, and ask via the doc ML. For OOA, you'd ask
Jean (same Jean, she's /busy/ around here) on this ML.
