I am going through the list archives, email by email, to get as complete a list I can for every chapter. It will take me several days to do this (there are several thousand emails in the archives). But when I'm done I will have an answer for you. The likely contributors are Carol Leather, Jean and Janet. Carol hasn't agreed to the new copyright either, and she is out of reach. Emails sent to her last known address bounce back with an error. Her edits were generally minor corrections to Vincenzo's work btw. But in any event, we're still looking at a rewrite.
