I miss the 'Install OpenOffice.org V2'. On OOoAuthors.org I found only the old V1 version.
Is this document still in work or does it not exist?

This document does not exist for OOoV2 on OOoAuthors. We do not plan to write one, because the Setup Guide (that is distributed with OOo) covers installation.
