Good question. No matter what you do, some people will think you're
assuming too much and others that you're assuming too little.
I would suggest that a general rule of thumb might be to draw the line
at the Getting Started Guide. That is, assume that the user knows Draw
to a level equivalent to taht on the GS guide, but not more.
