[authors] Translating OOo files

I just want to let you know that OmegaT's latest release candidate  
(RC10) has been release sometime last night (must be 00GTM) and it  
includes a number of improvements over RC8 for OOo files handling  
thanks to all the input we've had from authors' members.

I hope I'll get to meet some of you in Lyon in September, and I hope  
too I'll be able to write a simple "how-to translate OOo documents"
