I think making a distinction between the lead-in line to a bullet list and the lead-in to a numbered list serves no purpose whatsoever, and the color is just noise. Clearly you think a color change before a procedure is a good one, but I don't. I like to use color in my Macro listings because (a) it then looks like the IDE, and (b) it helps to separate the different items in the listings, which is why the IDE does it. For the case above, however, I am not certain that the color helps.
