I think making a distinction between the lead-in line to a bullet list
and the lead-in to a numbered list serves no purpose whatsoever, and

I like to use color in my Macro listings because (a) it then looks like
the IDE, and (b) it helps to separate the different items in the

That's an excellent example of what I consider the appropriate
