I have digged a little bit further, but have not found a
solution ... :( Maybe someone experienced in Zope have to change
something there? Or someone know how to change the ownership of the
NL folder from Sigrid to you?

This is interesting, as you have less rights here than in the NL
folder ...

When I change in the NL folder, the site itself is in Dutch, only
the tabs on the top of the page are in German ... ;)
I have not any further idea, what could be wrong (and also not the
time to investigate further, sorry ... Not before next week ... :
