Hi folks,
as I see it seems that I have to explain some things (without time to do
this :-( ):
At first, de (Deutsch) is not a folder of ooouthors.org, it is a subsite!
Thats why we have our own design, review list and tabs in German an so on.
All other native lang folders are really folders of ooauthors.org.
The language there is English, thats why You will get the folders and
the style from oooathors.org.
At second, You could not create any folder on the Netherlands folder
because this could be only the owner or another user with sufficient rights.
I add You as the Owner of this folder and so it should be work now.
At third, hands off from the de Folder (and other main folders) please! :-)
You have the manager role (given by eskroni).
With this role and the right group rights on the folders You could
change everything there!
Thats why You should think twice about each step You will do.
Don't change anything on the styles or site properties like it is
described in the Plone-Guide because it will be affect the whole
ooauthors.org site
(accept de which is independent).
If You want to change styles, tabs folders and so on You have to go
"the German way" what means You need
a subsite for Netherlands instead a folder!
Remember: To change objects in Plone You need always the right rules,
and groups and (!) the needed rights on the folders!
Please try to add new folders on Netherlands now and tell me if it works.
If You want an subsite for Netherlands please ask for it.

I have digged a little bit further, but have not found a

NL folder from Sigrid to you?
I have full control in the Deutsch folder
This is interesting, as you have less rights here than in the NL
folder ...
when i go there it becomes my home directory: and all German
related tools appear.
Hmm ...
When i go to the Nederlands folder, i become English (/en is
home) and the English tools ( like under review list ) appear.
When I change in the NL folder, the site itself is in Dutch, only
the tabs on the top of the page are in German ... ;)
I have not any further idea, what could be wrong (and also not the
time to investigate further, sorry ... Not before next week ... :
( ). Maybe someone else is able to help you. Good luck!
