i have created the dutch subsite and copied all stuff to the new location.
If all is ok we can delete the old folder nl_old

With this role and the right group rights on the folders You could
change everything there!

If you look carefully : the test i did was at the egerman site : in my private

Don't change anything on the styles or site properties like it is
described in the Plone-Guide because it will be affect the whole
ooauthors.org site

If You want to change styles, tabs folders and so on You have to go
"the German way" what means You need
a subsite for Netherlands instead a folder!

To be serious: i think the workflow management is a valiable tool.
because we do not use it (yet) i could trow away 6 to eight hours of
translation work , because somebody else was doing it as well
Remember: To change objects in Plone You need always the right rules,
and groups and (!) the needed rights on the folders!

If You want an subsite for Netherlands please ask for it.
All tools are there : but when i try to create a folder in Nederlands
i get : Insufficient Privileges
also in the subfolders i cannot create folders
although i am acquired owner ...
added assigned owner and i still cannnot create
Should i be manager for that ?
