[authors] Compatibility option not saving

In Writer when setting and "saving" the "Consider wrapping style when 
positioning objects" option in Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org Writer > 
Compatibility, it doesn't stay saved. When this option page is reopened, 
the check box selection somehow becomes unchecked. Why doesn't this 
Writer option "save"?
