It's also on the wiki; you shouldn't need to login there to read
it. On that page I have also made some comments, questions and
suggestions for changes to the outline, which I had put out for
discussion some months ago; if anyone has responded, I've missed
it. One question was: should we include something on XForms
(specifically getting data into a d/b from a form on a website),
and if so, where should we put that info?
