Hi Gary
Thank you for being willing to help me.
I went back to the web site to see if I had missed something, and
indeed it insists on my logging in before it will give me anything. I
clicked the link "if this does not work for you ..." and it sends
email back to this list. Sorry about the repeated request.
As far as hints for you, I don't have any. I use the email address
[EMAIL PROTECTED] when I registered.
With regard to a number of chapters to write -- Normally, if a
document can be misunderstood, I can misunderstand it and will ask
questions. Authors usually liked my reviews of prepublication CS
manuscripts when I was teaching at University. However my time is
limited, for I am very active performing on the double bass, in
chamber groups and orchestras here in Western North Carolina. I am
nevertheless willing to contribute. OO.o is "my" word processor.
However, for now, I still need the user name to fetch my password. Any
help will be appreciated.

Double Bass in Fifths Tuning.
The bit about writing chapters was a bit of extortion in order to drum
up "business" for, perhaps, some new writers or reviewers to come aboard.
I'll see what I can do about the username (and password). There's some
search capabilities there. I haven't tried that before. It might be
quite easy.
A simple remedy would be to just register again with any username and PW
of your choice, and I or somebody else would assign you the author
status. Then you could access the members list (probably without needing
author status) and reuse your former account or keep both. I still have
another account that I either forgot or some such.
