I did not fix the problem with the table numbering (noticed it when I
uploaded the file already).
Regarding the "No Wrap" vs "Wrap Off" I added a small remark, but more
importantly I raised an issue with the developers to get this problem
fixed.
I agree that the upgrading to version 2.4 has created some issues.

I am having a helluva time trying to get version 2.4 to retain some of
the paragraph styles from reverting to Default while editing Chapter 14
(Fields). I believe that it might be related to my allowing the
way-too-often request to have file recoveries while opening OOo almost
as a routine. The next time that I would be requested to do so, I will
refuse and see what happens.
