I did not fix the problem with the table numbering (noticed it when I
uploaded the file already).
I have made some minor copyedits to this chapter and published it here:

I also published chapters 3,4,6 and 7 (the ones you revised) into that
same folder.
All of these chapters have been sitting on the Review List for some
time. I think we should finalise and publish all of the OOo 2.3.x
chapters we've been working on, so we can move on to writing updated
chapters for OOo 3.0.
