Ah, I actually had a question about this that I was going to send to
the list when I had time to get back on my edits of Ch 9. I noticed a
difference in the "Notes" and "Tips" tables in that some were
vertically aligned to the top and some to center. Is that the same
thing you guys are talking about here?

Yup! Actually, those Note/Tip/Caution tables should have had their
vertical alignment already set in the template. That way, if a
writer/editor copies-and-pastes them, their formatting is already
done--just delete and replace the text in the second column. That
probably means that was not done properly in the template. So, check
them all and manually set them.
