Have you done a search on your computer for "style_guide_V3.odt"?
Perhaps, the style guide needs to be updated to V3? (Just a thought.)
I do not recall updating it after I edited it back in mid 2006. It was
somewhat elderly even then.
It was fairly boilerplate advice with a little specific material added.
I might have a copy somewhere.
For example it contained such advice as: don't use such terms or words
as etc, i.e., e.g., due to diversity reasons, ETC.
Many style guides available online for general or specific company use
have much the same advice as ours.
