Yes, some other settings needed to be changed, but I have now done that.
(You added Eric to the Author and Manager groups, but did not give him
those roles.) It seems a very strange system to me to have those as
separate things. :-)

(It is possible that there are other ways to do this.)
People need to have the Manager role to use this page. You (and several
other people) have that role, and now Eric does also.
