I try to explain a little bit. The content and all html-pages inside the new Plone instance are language-neutral, if you don't change them to English or what ever. This is the way that they show up no matter what language you are using. If you set them to English they are not shown, if you use Dutch language setting, because there is no translation for this language. There is only an English version. You must translate the page then to Dutch. But I think we need only one language version of a page. So we'll use the neutral one.
