Go to the second register "Categorization" (I don't know its name in Dutch ;-) and you find a field "language". There you can set language independent. Because the default language of the site is English people with English settings in their browser may not get our problems (with different language settings): they see English and language independent pages. I don't checked yet, if they see pages in different languages (i.e Dutch pages), if there is no English or language independent.
