but it is good to now that I should clear my cache from time to time.

Leo, I do not have this problem. If I am not logged in (and when I am
logged in), when I click on Nederlands in the Navigation bar, or on
the little Dutch flag, I go to the Nederlands welcome screen, as
expected.
I don't know what might be causing the behaviour you describe, but if
it's still doing that, try clearing the cache in your browser. (I had
some strange problems with the new site until I cleared my cache.) If
that does not help, let us know.
