Dutch welcome screen, when I press Nederlands in the navigation bar,
when in public mode. ;-)
I try to explain a little bit. The content and all html-pages inside the new
Plone instance are language-neutral, if you don't change them to English or
what ever.
I have not changed any languages settings, they are all neutral.
This is the way that they show up no matter what language you are
using.

Could you explain where you do so.
they are not shown, if you use Dutch
language setting, because there is no translation for this language. There is
only an English version. You must translate the page then to Dutch.
But I think we need only one language version of a page. So we'll use the
neutral one.
Do you mean I better do not translate a page in plone and make a new
page and have the tanslation on that page?
Could you give me some hint where I find a user's guide for Plone, which
is not 400 pages as the one I found?
