[authors] OOo 3.1, ToC and Navigator

Greetings,

Has anyone else had trouble with the OOo templates with the release of
OOo 3.1? If so, is there a simple fix.

The paragraph style OOoHeading 0 no longer shows up in the navigator.
Also, the OOoHeading 0 and OOoHeading 1 are both consider level 1 in the
Table of Contents. You can no longer edit the outline, you have to use
the additional option.
