Try to isolate the faulty chapter(s) by doing essentially what Conflict
Checker did back for the Macintosh System 7 for detecting incompatible
system extensions some twenty years ago:
Check the book with half its chapters. If that 1/2 is OK, then add 1/2
of the remaining 1/2 and recheck... Keep doing that manuever until you
isolated the faulty text. Or, alternatively, check the most-likely
candidates until the culprit is found.
Fortunately, I seem not to get those types of problems with my books.
