hi ya....
I'll take some feedback of what "auto.master" and "auto.misc"
should look like that is not bogus.. so that we can update
the autofs-howto...
auto.master and auto.host for automounting of hosts
auto.master and auto.home for user login and automounting homes
auto.master and auto.smb for automounting MS windows shares
auto.master and auto.misc for misc stuff ??? ( cdrom, floppies ? )
auto.master and auto.yp for yp supportable features ??
- some examples already exists....
http://www.linux-consulting.com/Amd_AutoFS
and similarly for 'distro dependent' autofs or rc.autofs ??
- am semi-volunteering to help minimize the your linux distro
is NOT redhat/debian so you get a "false" error message kinda thingie
- at least i can collect um all and let those that have
the bandwidth test um on their enviroment ???
- or you can come into the linux lab here...
thanx
