Due to the response that the naming of the Excalibur's Component Manager
is confusing, I propose to deprecate Excalibur's DefaultComponentManager
and rename the class to ExcaliburComponentManager.
More than one person has found that simply package name differentiation
is not enough. The goal is to have a relatively easily comprehensible
system. We should avoid unnecessary confusion (which this is) whenever
possible.
