Thanks.

For the moment you can sync on oss.perforce.co.uk:1666 (perforce) guest/guest as
id/passwd.

Build AvalonCommon/build.xml first, then Jesktop/Jesktop/build.xml, then the rest.
phoenix is
build into (or has unziped/appeared in) Jesktop/Jesktop/ . Alternatively, just run
websites.bat
from the outer Jesktop dir.

Apps can be loaded from the dist/*.jar dirs using SimpleInstaller (built in app).

Batik is massive and nearly accounts for half on all the sync overheads itself. I
also did not
nobble the System.out.exit() in it so if shutsdown Avalon in an uncool way.

Some of the apps are still executable jars so can run outside Jesktop too. I have on
the TODO
list JNLP compatablility. That could mean for the right jar file -
Jesktop/Applet/JNLP and
standalone compatability.

Lastly, a colleague has just shown me DBVisualizer so I'll port that over the weekend.
 Cool
software and Apache license already (I think).

Regards,

- Paul H
