To say that Phoenix is in the scope of Avalon is not 100% right.
Well, it is technically and let me stress that it should be, but
consider this:
+ We've had a year+ of separate email lists.
+ People developing Phoenix have in some instances been completely
unaware of Avalon.
In short - there is a major chasm here. Result: When things like this
happen, people will just think "not my problem". I know I did.
The above is not an excuse, but a statement of fact.
