Actually, I think what we are seeing is that we have reached a point
where the voting procedures stuff is ready to put to a vote. I can
start that of ASAP.

it is a question now of the vote. Is this being done
in the PMC list?
Technically, yes - but I would prefer to do this as a community vote
followed by a PMC rubber stamp. If peoiple think that's silly, then
sure, we can just fire of a PMC vote.
I also suggest that we follow the procedures set forth
in the document for PMC charter changes. After that
I suggest we tackle the issue of PMC adding and removing
of members that I already started in another thread.
