Hi, I finally have a PC which is capable of recording full PAL. But with the latest avifile from CVS I can only use the windows codecs. Both Xivid (from CVS) and the Linux version of divx (v5.05 from divx.com) just make avicap segfault whenever I try to record.
Is this a known problem or is this somehow a problem with my setup? I'd really like to use the native Linux codecs as I aspect them to give me a better performance.
