Can you elaborate on "better"?

My first impression for a couple of reasons why I don't really like
it:

. yet another license model (we've had quite a hard time in the past
  to move everything into one license statement)

. artificially incompatible with GPL (I'm not really fond of the GPL
  but don't see a reason to emit code that is incompatible with it)

. much more license text to worry about than the relatively simple
  BSD license
