Hi Penang,
if you mean some kind of morphing between the two Meshes, take a look
at Animator class.
the only thing you need to respect is the amount of vertexes: they
need to be equal on both meshes.
Look at the second part of this tutorial.(the cube primitive)

if you want affect the material itself, use the BitmapTransformMaterial.
