Hi everyone,

I'm curious about any gotchas that people may be able to advise us to
look out for when doing animations with collada models. We've gotten
a working prototype of an animated avatar working, but right now we're
working to refine it some more. One of the problems my artist keeps
running into is that it seems animating the root node isn't allowed.
Every time he does it breaks the scenario and we see Away erroring out
on isNaN(y) when playing the animation. We've been able to animate
around the root, but it doesn't always look that great. If anybody
knows how to get around this I'd appreciate the advice.

We've also run into animations being interpreted strangely. For
instance, an idle animation of the avatar seems to have the movement
happening along it's z-axis instead of it's y. Is there a certain way
to setup animated collada models that we may have overlooked?
