I did not make tests without target camera because this code is very
essential to the whole game . BUT the strange thing is that when we compile
the games in Flex running on Windows XP and then open it in Windows 7
everything is OK ,and only when the compile performed in Flex on Windows 7
the SWF  get screw up  that leads me rather to conclude that it is
Flex-Windows bug . But why it shits only the targetCamera is a mystery to me
....
