you have the choice in Prefab to export as as3 either for player 9 or 10 for AS3
for lite exports no options since its f10 only
so in cs4, you need to set the fla settings to as3 player 10 or 9

if you do target f10, which is recomanded, you need to use the 
svn/trunk/f10/away3d
the error you get a a typical case of mix of player 9 settings using f10 
codebase or viceversa

--> avoid use the zips sources on site as they were'nt updated for a while for 
technical reasons
