Away3D (or Flash) uses matrices natively for transformations.BUT in Away you
have got a Quaternion class if you wanna do complex transformations for not
getting into gimbal lock etc which is anyways converted to matrix at the
end.Btw I have been doing " a lot of 3D in various levels" as well , and
until now all the engines I stumbled upon except of Unity were using
matrices for rotations ;) .Can you point me out to other engines using
quaterions for rotations natively? Just for my personal education.
