Since my last WM (Compiz) could do both these things too, for me they're not that impressive on their own. However one thing I've never been able to do is navigate around a multi-screen layout entirely with keyboard navigation. I would be impressed if you unplugged your mouse during the demonstration and were still able to navigate through your applications, rearrange and resize windows, etc. You'd be able to show the above features too, as part of a larger demo.
