vicious.widgets.weather
- provides weather information for a requested station
- takes the ICAO station code as an argument, i.e. "LDRI"
- returns a table with string keys: {city}, {wind}, {windmph},
{windkmh}, {sky}, {weather}, {tempf}, {tempc}, {humid}, {press}
