Are these the only files required for your udpate?

U    modules/adb/src/org/apache/axis2/databinding/utils/SimpleArrayReaderStateMachine.java
U    modules/adb/src/org/apache/axis2/databinding/utils/SimpleElementReaderStateMachine.java
U    modules/codegen/src/org/apache/axis2/schema/template/ADBBeanTemplate.xsl


If you can give me a list of files for a stable upgrade, or if you are
 reasonably confident an svn update will yield a stable configuration,
 then I'll do the upgrade and patch the new template.
    

The build is spsed to be stable these days .. if not we have big(ger)
problems!

I'd go ahead and take an svn update and try.
