Are there any plans to reduce or eliminate the SNAPSHOT dependencies?  My build is still running almost an hour later, and now I'm getting stuff like this: Error retrieving artifact from [http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository/axis2/jars/axis2-core-SNAPSHOT.jar]: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out This is just doing "maven".
