I sense that there's concern that there are too many inactive committers on axis-dev.
I'm definitely one of the culprits. I volunteer to become a non- committer to help reduce the "deadwood." Can someone please "de-committerize" me? Hopefully having fewer inactive committers will help get more "new blood" into this project. Sanjiva.
